PEN Sierra Leone runs school clubs in regions across the country. It has established over fifty PEN clubs. The aim is to generate interest in reading and writing among primary and secondary school pupils.
PEN Sierra Leone had established mini-libraries in these School Clubs, supplied books to the libraries and organized training for teacher facilitators to enhance reading programmes in the clubs
